Idea-Fit Checklist

The same 8 questions I ran my own idea through before building it. Quick context if you're new: this is about building a small bot that other AI programs pay to use automatically, a few cents at a time — no subscription, no human clicking "buy." Answer honestly — the point is to trust the number over the enthusiasm.

01 / EXISTING ASSET
Do you already have data or access you could charge for, rather than building it from scratch?
02 / VALUE PER USE
Is a single use worth something on its own, not just a subscription bundle?
03 / WHO'S BUYING
Is the buyer a bot, not a human clicking a checkout button?
This is built for one program to automatically pay another. A human-only buyer usually fits a normal payment page better.
04 / FRESHNESS
Does the answer change often enough that yesterday's version wouldn't work?
05 / IS IT OBVIOUSLY GOOD
Can a buyer tell the answer was worth paying for, without a human checking it?
06 / EASY TO DESCRIBE
Could you describe it simply enough that a bot could understand it on its own, no human explanation needed?
This is what makes it usable by a bot instead of just a human reading a webpage. It's usually the real work.
07 / RIGHTS
Do you actually have the rights to sell access to this — no scraped or licensed-only data underneath?
08 / BUILDABLE
Could a first working version realistically ship in under a week?
